When Nadin Rathgeber of Ask Me 4 Coffee wanted to launch her barista training business she used Netinsites after listening to a seminar given by Alex Garden at the New Zealand Coffee Festival.

We suggested she register another domain, barista-training.co.nz, and make that the focus of her online marketing campaign. Such a domain, which includes her main keywords, gives a big boost to Search Engine rankings and quickly put the site on the front page of search results. Another part of the marketing campaign was to run Google AdWords to drive traffic to the site while it was still relatively new.

The main feature of the site is the online calendar which allows prospects to view what times are available and which Nadin updates daily. As Nadin says: "I am finding that my students are using the calendar to work out when I am available! Although initially there seems to be a reluctance for clients to book directly, it is definitely worthwhile showing my schedule in this manner." See the site.
