Presenter Bio: Alex Garden has an MBA with distinction from Massey has been in the Web industry for nearly ten years providing Web design and other Web services to small businesses. He has written for a number of business publications, as well as penning the Netinsites email newsletter since 1999. He has also given presentations about the Web at various conferences and expos.
