Andy's work over the last 10 years has been primarily in the fields of strategy, marketing and information technology, working with blue-chip companies in Europe including Tesco plc, KPMG, Nissan Europe NV and Ford of Europe. His experience and responsibilities have led to a variety of overseas assignments throughout 16 European countries and now, most recently, New Zealand.

Over the last few years Andy has been heavily involved in the development and deployment of over 40 commercial and public sector Internet developments.

These projects range from some of the largest and highly trafficked websites that the UK government currently has in its portfolio, such as The Parents Centre (www.dfes.gov.uk/parents/), to very sophisticated commercially oriented initiatives.

Andy graduated from Bath University School of Management in 1991 with a First Class honors degree in Business Administration, making him one of the top UK business graduates of the year.

expand/hidePhilip Tetley-Jones

Currently working in his independent creative consulting business, Philip has 20 years' experience in the advertising and direct marketing industries in New Zealand and Britain.

He has developed commercially successful campaigns for major corporations, including Vodafone (U.K.), Sony (U.K.), Philips Semiconductors (The Netherlands), Air New Zealand, Bank of New Zealand and Hewlett-Packard. He helped launch Reuters Online Business Information back in the dawn of the Information Age (1996) and, more recently, picked up a bronze award in the American 2002 Echo Awards for a New Zealand direct marketing campaign selling AA Insurance.

Philip's experience in writing copy that drives response has served him well when writing for the Internet. Recent experience with email marketing has underscored the importance of understanding the WIIFM factor. If the consumer doesn't understand 'What's In It For Me', your finely honed strategy and expensive technology will not deliver your business objectives.
