Before that she was involved in the printing industry for 7 years. Her background within this industry consisted of administration, accounts, business development, sales and customer services.
Natalie developed her interest in Web development and design after enrolling in a 'taster' course at a design school and from there she went on to complete her Diploma.
expand/hidePhilip Tetley-Jones
Currently working in his independent creative consulting business, Philip has 20 years' experience in the advertising and direct marketing industries in New Zealand and Britain.
He has developed commercially successful campaigns for major corporations, including Vodafone (U.K.), Sony (U.K.), Philips Semiconductors (The Netherlands), Air New Zealand, Bank of New Zealand and Hewlett-Packard. He helped launch Reuters Online Business Information back in the dawn of the Information Age (1996) and, more recently, picked up a bronze award in the American 2002 Echo Awards for a New Zealand direct marketing campaign selling AA Insurance.
Philip's experience in writing copy that drives response has served him well when writing for the Internet. Recent experience with email marketing has underscored the importance of understanding the WIIFM factor. If the consumer doesn't understand 'What's In It For Me', your finely honed strategy and expensive technology will not deliver your business objectives.
